The ST-1900 universal semi-automatic pallet assembly table is a simple, economical version of a semi-automatic production station, designed for companies wishing to achieve a higher level of productivity whilst maintaining a low investment cost.
The table is equipped with a pneumatic pallet lift and pneumatic combs for positioning the horizontal boards, which significantly facilitates and speeds up the operator’s work. Thanks to the table’s simple, uncomplicated design, manual effort is reduced and the ergonomics of the workstation are improved.
Despite the use of pneumatics, the Pneumatico ST-1900 remains an entry-level machine – it is a cost-effective solution for small and medium-sized manufacturers who need to increase production repeatability and speed.
The table allows for flexible operation with common pallet formats and is suitable for both the production of single-use pallets and standard pallet designs for less demanding customers.
The ideal choice for small workshops and low-volume production, where simplicity, flexibility and a low initial investment are key.

PU Spiral Tube for TECNA Balancers
P931X and P932X are kits exclusively designed to feed the suspended pneumatic tools with compressed air. The material is light and ergonomic. The rope is placed inside the spiral tube. The grips might be installed to both old and new TECNA balancers without any interference in its internal housing.
